Leaving the company is the best thing

I recently quit a firm in Gurgaon, and honestly, the relief is huge. I was hired for operations, but my day felt like a never-ending sales marathon because the actual sales team would make impossible promises to clients just to close deals, then disappear. I was the one getting called a 'fraud' by angry customers while commuting 12 hours a day for a 6-day work week on minimum wage. The breaking point was during a 'review drive' in April.
