We value all of our current and former employees’ feedback. We also acknowledge that as a growing and evolving company, there are opportunities for us to address concerns and to continually improve.
We hire people with the hope, really an expectation, that it will be a great fit. Most of the time we have been able to get that right. Our retention rate is over 90% and we have many people who have been at the company for over five years. But it isn’t always a good fit. Sometimes the issue is with the company, sometimes there are just better places for an employee. Regardless, we wish the reviewer the best for what’s next for you in your career path and appreciate your feedback.
