We're hopeful that you utilized some of the tools in place, such as our associate surveys and upward evaluations, to confidently share your concerns with our leadership team. Of course, we also also encourage our associates to share their needs/goals personally with their supervisors. Our managers and our overall firm can only get better with honest & constructive feedback! We recognize that there are many factors that need to be considered when determining compensation increases and growth opportunities, which is why we have a multi-tiered performance and compensation review process in place that allows for multiple leaders to get involved in making these important decisions, in addition to receiving feedback from those supervisors that an associate may work most closely with on a day-to-day basis.
