You get a lot of opportunities to learn and grow and with that the opportunities to find what you like in a variety of different businesses and areas and choose what you want to pursue. Each individual is very visible and has the ability to put their personal stamp on the Company.

Svantaggi

You do not get a lot of choice when it comes to what you do when, especially earlier on in your career. While travel is expected, it can come up suddenly which can be very disruptive if you often have evening plans. During busy season hours are long, which is pretty standard for public accounting.
