This is a small company with a friendly, welcoming environment. We do breakfast together every Friday, as well as spend some evenings playing sports (softball and basketball) or games, such as video games and card games. RGi's business includes both government contracting and commercial solutions.

Most of us have cubicles, not private offices. However, we have stand/sit desks that can be adjusted with the press of a button. Due to the fact that RGi is so small, there is not a vast number of new career opportunities. I can't invite most of my friends to work here. Unless they are engineers or developers, then there likely is no need for them.
