1) A bit hectic and needs good time management skills

As a fresher out of college with 0 yrs of work experience, I was hired as an intern by Relatas in the middle of a pandemic- that says a lot. At Relatas motivation and passion and a zeal to learn is appreciated over anything else. The months that i have spent at Relatas have been a truly rewarding experience. I got a chance to work on my weaknesses and also polish my strengths. Working closely with the CEO kept me on my toes and taught me the real essence of sales &marketing. I got a chance to improve my Research, Communication and Presentation skills. I got a chance to apply marketing tools and techniques (that i had learnt in college) to real life projects. Yes, I did make mistakes and yes, I did get a earful for those. But in that process I have learnt the value of taking ownership of your mistakes and working on them. My boss always gave my new opportunities and areas to explore. The exposure that I have gathered over just 5 months is unbelievable.

Cannot be listed as a con but- would have loved to work in the office, rather than from home. Only if there was no Pandemic going around- can blame this on Covid.
