Unethical business model: Clients are misled with inflated promises, overpriced campaigns, and fake interview placements. Internship “trap”: New hires go through a high-pressure “internship month” paid at minimum wage, with little training and unrealistic booking targets. Most are let go at the end, used for cheap labour. Toxic work environment: Employees are pitted against one another, overworked, and undervalued. No real support, mentorship, or recognition. Sexist and unprofessional culture: Women face frequent sexist comments and are often undermined. Management tolerates inappropriate behaviour. Exploitative of journalists: Constant spamming of journalists with low-quality or misleading PR stories damages reputations and contributes to the erosion of public trust in the media. No growth: Pay is poor, raises are ignored, and you're repeatedly told this is “the best opportunity” out there, which it’s not.
