I don't understand the first review as we don't make or sell floors. Its a small team of people so there's no drama that I found when working in larger companies. I was provided with training as part of their LaunchPad programme having done coding as a hobby. I am challenged with plenty of problems At times I find myself having to ask more senior members of the team for help of which they had no problem with. We just jumped into a pair programming session and I felt less stressed. I recommend working here if you enjoy being tested with new technology as many of the projects are greenfield.

It can be scary sometimes meeting difficult challenges but there's always somebody willing to help. If I could go back in time I would have brushed up more of my know-how on frontend frameworks.
