Vantaggi

Overall it's a good company... however managment need to create a collective learning and growth enviroment within which all employee's can expand and deliver their full potential.

Svantaggi

Lack of training for employee’s to excel and be competitive with other companies; this is because they are still operating in the stone age. Managers seems to lack experience in distributing work so one person cannot be weight down. Managers need to learn how to utilize all employees to their fullest potential without reckon havoc on a few employees.

Reliable has made changes to its internal structure and brought on new management that we feel is well-qualified to take on the challenges indicated above. As part of addressing those challenges, changes are being made to how Reliable manages its employees and how it communicates internally to improve the issues that have faced the company in the past.

Vantaggi

Some of the people I worked with actuallyy cared about what they were doing. That part was genuine.

Svantaggi

- Every few months everything gets torn apart and rebuilt with a new org chart, new reporting lines, and a new so called strategic direction, yet nothing meaningful ever improves. - You settle into one structure, learn how thing work, and then it all changes again before anything has time to function properly. - It feel like leadership believes shuffling names on a chart is the same as solving real problems. - Clients are left confused about who to even talk to, while employees are stuck repeatedly explaining shifting structures that make no sense even internally. - No one seems to know what the actual goals are anymore. - The constant instability drains people completely and drives away strong employees who could have contributed far more if they were not trapped endless cycles of reorganization.
