Learning opportunities, good challenges, and a legitimate project. The team at Reliable Robotics is impressive and broad in skillsets. Across all functional groups, we're able to react quickly and competently for quick development efforts, but also maintain a thorough and detailed systems approach to ensure system safety. The systems team here is the first example of productive and value added systems engineering that I've experienced in my engineering career - they're not the typical simplistic requirements jockeys that I'm used to. Leadership keeps a strong focus of "project first" decision making and is always challenging us to make our hardware and our operation better. The work is challenging and the application is tangible. We're not working on something that may have a potential impact in 10+ years, but rather something we're demonstrating regularly as we increase maturity/functionality.
