There's zero bureaucratic BS, everyone is working to achieve the same goal and you only work on things which actually matter rather than paperwork. The company is supportive of remote work as well.

There is a ton of work to do, the company is still small so you don't have the same infrastructure and tools that larger companies have such as stress calculators or design standards. Work can be fast-paced as a result, where you need to come up with a solution that doesn't involve spending 3 months building a tool first.
