The pay is decent, but only if you can tolerate working there.

The workflow is convoluted, and the organization and structure are a mess. Management will look for any minor issue to use against you. I've never worked for a company that treats its customers so poorly—like they're just a nuisance. The culture here is solely about profit, with a mindset that the customer is always wrong. Customer inquiries about overcharges are often avoided, making processes intentionally complex in the hope that they'll just give up and let it go.

Ever changing responsibilities, micromanaging, you will be expected to train your AI replacement. Accountability for mistakes often falls on the last person to handle an account, not on those that made the mistakes.
