Like every organization I have worked for, Relish demands excellence as an Account Executive. What really put a smile on my face, Relish has a "Culture Club". In the past all "clubs" for companies I worked at required overachieving quota. Relish wants employee's to add to the Culture! No toxic culture here! Love this!

This made our day! You nailed it — Culture Club exists because we believe culture is everyone's job, not a reward for hitting quota. We're glad that came through. On the 401(k) — it's worth noting that most of our benefits kick in on day one, and the 401(k) eligibility window is something we continue to evaluate as we grow. - Rampant nepotism. Most key hires are personal friends to CEO that he played hockey with - CPO runs organization like a sweatshop, everything is a "non-negotiable" - HR has zero interest in making company better... glorified admin at best - Horrible health insurance for US employees -- the lady at Costco pharmacy said "This is the worst insurance I've ever seen...your basic Costco membership offers more of a discount on Rx than this insurance plan!" - Products are easily reproducible
