No employee should feel that their contributions go unnoticed or that their concerns are not addressed. While we are committed to open communication whenever possible, we are also obligated to maintain confidentiality regarding our clients’ business decisions and partnerships, which means certain client-related changes cannot always be shared company-wide. During our recent town hall, we shared that the business was experiencing a slowdown due to external factors completely outside of our control. We recognize that even with this communication, the impact of these changes can feel difficult and personal.
