Company in decline - Recensione dipendente - Manager presso Relypsa

Quite a few. The company was purchased by a Swiss company two years ago. Since then Relypsa has been in decline. Most of the good talent has moved on. The atmosphere is one of anticipation of being laid off or increased workloads due to employee attrition. There is very poor communication between the parent company and Relypsa employees. There is no longer a family/friendly atmosphere to work in since most employees are just biding their time.
