"Profitability" is the word they like and use most often at the detriment of employees who are held responsible rather than looking in the mirror. -One On Ones are a laughable thing as they have no functions other than ask you how you are and then ignore everything being said where improvements are asked for. -Sometimes, they will not credit people in the game that worked on it, no matter how long they worked on it. -Full of prima donnas who think they are hot news because their department win awards. Yet they are a absolute nightmare to work with. -The entire budget on certain games that have ballooning features depends on the previous game selling well. And well, their games do not sell.
