Remedy has gone through some stressful pivots, but I believe we are coming out very strong.

- Customers love it; you feel like a hero when you're actually with the patient - Leaders are passionate and communicate openly; genuinely want to save patients time and money - Good technology - Other providers really love what they do

- Still growing, and so there is bumps sometimes with the technology - Some insurances aren't accepted yet - Traffic can sometimes make things difficult
