The team is fully remote and they are building the most diverse team across the world that I've ever seen for a company of their size. They care deeply about their customers and are building great products. The market opportunity is massive, and there is real customer demand.

      Working across so many timezones can be a challenge. If you aren't comfortable working asynchronously this probably is not a fit for you.

      To the extent this is a downside, the expectations are high at Remofirst. The team are super smart, it's difficult to get hired (hundreds if not thousands of applicants for every role) and the market is competitive so the expectations are high around performance.
