Hi Thanks for your review and always appreciate a candid feedback. We like the fact that you think the company offered you opportunities to learn new tech and that the project managers were supportive. This is a very integral part of our culture and who we are as a company and where we want to be. During the pandemic months, we did see a slowdown in the projects pipeline and slowed our hiring as well which also resulted in the salary hikes being on a freeze. However, I would like to add that this story is steadily changing for us as we have bagged a few new projects and many more are in the pipeline from different areas of services that we offer plus some from the new services that we are venturing into. We look forward to a very positive scenario in the coming months.
