The real test of character reveals itself in times of duress, and unfortunately for the employees who are on pins and needles, the executive/senior leadership team has shown who they truly are. Ultimately, this shows up in the way that a company brand is represented, and becomes a contributor to negative growth, and a weapon for competitors to steal market share.
