Manager doed not knowhow to manage people or time.

The actual job working with participants was awesome. I stayed at this place even though I was being abused by management because I cared about them and enjoyed my work with them.

Management is extremely abusive. They punish employees unjustly, gaslight them, call them out publicly and unfairly, threaten them, and refuse to provide sufficient support, transparency, pay raises, or basic human decency and then wonder why saying "thank you for what you do" and providing food at quarterly meetings does not solve their staff turnover problem. They retaliate against employees who try to address leadership's bullying, ableism, racism, and transphobia.
