Very low rate of increase of pay. Internal mobility also very slow. Can have to do the same job for almost a decade and can get frustrating.

Renault provides excellent technical training and encourages employees to take ownership of their development. Resources for upskilling, especially in new technologies, are readily available.

As with any large, established automotive corporation, decision-making can be slow and sometimes bureaucratic. Getting approval or consensus across the different global divisions can take time.
