Information on motivation system and development guidelines is open for all employees, also it’s is available in Intranet. Moreover we have internal vacancies portal, where employees can apply for open vacancies. Corporate culture and diversity & inclusion are regularly communicated through various channels. If an employee faces an unethical situation, he/she can address it to Ethics Committee or Ethics Officer. We appreciate a lot your recommendations on further improvement.
