There are many good employees at the company, too bad they are working under bad leadership and HR department. There are different activities to join and at some degree benefits you get as an employee.

HR and Leadership is terrible at the company. HR has too much power and creates a bad culture with the ways and how they handle things. There is a very low trust towards HR and you have to play along, because if they start to dislike you, you are in trouble. There have been many incidents at the company that gives ripple effects and all the employees knows about this. It seems to be no one that checks up on HR or measures their work, so they can do whatever they want. The leaders at the company are only chasing results, to hit the target goals to get their bonuses. Soft skills and culture is neglected. No strong company values or principles to follow.

Renault provides excellent technical training and encourages employees to take ownership of their development. Resources for upskilling, especially in new technologies, are readily available.

As with any large, established automotive corporation, decision-making can be slow and sometimes bureaucratic. Getting approval or consensus across the different global divisions can take time.
