Every one that is involved on the LED side of the business is absolutely clueless about how to run a business. Management is clueless and they think that the best way to solve their problems is by hiring and releasing people until something finally happens. All administrative processes are archaic and management insist on employing these methods because they learned it in an outdated textbook that they completely base their business accumen on when they got their "masters" at their "prestigious" universities. Communication is a nightmare. No one speak proper english. Not even some of the Americans in the company. Company is full of robots. It's like everyone speaks directly from a script they were given when they first got the job. If you are not a robot like them. They fire you. Constant internal workplace drama paralyzes any progress. Company is filled with egotistical children that all seem to be very new at this whole "running a multi-national, billion dollar, publicly traded, world class Solar/ LED business" thing. The company as a whole has absolutely no grasp on any variables present when conducting business on any given part of the country. Oblivious is a good word to describe HR and Upper Management at this company.
