Filled with so called business and strategy heads with no inputs that elevate work what so ever. Opinions are plenty but balls to present the same in front of a client, none. Ego is prime with the servicing and business heads here, which blurs the lines and steps on toes of creative work to get done. We had very good creative people come in but all of them left due to the same reasons. Whoever is left will also leave. Also did I mention Male chauvinistic. Thin line between lechery and work. Not a great place for women right now.
