Pay is incredibly low and uncompetitive and management is loathe to give pay rises. Counterparts in Zurich make SIGNIFICANTLY more, even when considering cost of living (which is rapidly changing in Toronto). No real growth opportunities in the Toronto office, as majority of senior/management positions are in Switzerland.
