The company is growing but it still has a small company feel where everyone knows each other and you feel like your job makes a difference. You are not just a cog in the machine here. The compensation and benefits are very good, especially for a small company.

As with any small, growing business, work is demanding. Priorities shift and multi-tasking is necessary. Sometimes wear multiple hats. If change and evolution is difficult, then this might not be the best place for you.

The owner invests continually in new products, equipment, and people. If you're willing to help him move the company forward, you'll be able to work hard and see the results, and find several people willing to work alongside you to see what can happen. It's easy to find 5-10 people who genuinely care about what's next and have the power to work on it, and this is enough to keep the whole company moving forward and improving.
