This is an exciting, fast-paced work environment. The company is growing rapidly and the opportunity to grow and learn is here. The owner takes a tremendous amount of pride in the company and makes staying on the edge of technology a top priority. I have been with the company for 2 months and the staff has been welcoming and has made me feel part of the team. Management is open to suggestions.

You have to be flexible and willing to step out of your comfort zone as you may be required to wear a lot of hats while the company goes through growing stages. This could be seen as a con for some people.
