We teach one another and can usually suggest new ways of doing things or new technologies to use. - Really nice office with snacks and drinks, gym, free parking. The company is small enough that you can talk to anybody in the kitchen on any given day.

- We are hiring a lot of people very quickly so it is difficult to handle interviewing as well as getting regular work done. This necessary, however we can probably balance things out better. - Growing so quickly means you need to be very flexible in teaching new people things and mentoring younger engineers. - Agile processes aren't implemented perfectly anywhere, but we could do better at nailing down processes for development. Fairly expected given the company's size and growth but worth noting.
