TNS is a big multinational and has hundreds/thousands of employees per site. Colleague support, networking and learning is decent. Good to have on resume for sure

small fish big pond kinda thing. Lots and lots of substitutes that can and willing to do your job (i.e. replace you)... some unnecessary politics arise... also can be too beauracratic
