Just about everything. This company seems to write it's own employee reviews to maintain a high rating. The Senior Project Managers left in the company are for the most part completely inept. They are BS artists that bully contractors and Project Managers to make themselves look good. The company cuts the budgets so deep contractors aren't willing to work with you and they get ripped off if they do. Routinely asked to "do me a favor and just finish this one up.". The project budgets and timelines are completely ridicules, they entice people with big promises and wonderful speeches. The turnover rate is insane and many Project managers don't last more that a few weeks before they run, they're always referred to as "the bad seeds" most of them are very experienced and extremely knowledgeable. Recently they've laid off employees under the guise of a reorganization only to let it be known that their largest client has slowed down and backed off a bit. When laying these people off, they did so by emailing them a meeting invite with a note that instructed them to bring their company assets with them. Other times they let people go publicly in front of a hotel lobby full of guests. Your nothing but a $ to this company. Since leaving a few weeks ago, my life has improved dramatically.
