Interview process was seamless and I wasn't left guessing -Onboarding proces is incredibly well-organized. Other companies can learn from ResMed - absolutely AMAZING -Snobbery, bad attitudes, complainers, whiners, swollen egos are not welcome here. -"Casual business" attire; comfort and style ! -Feels like you are contributing meaningful work from the beginning -You are encouraged to further develop yourself / skill set and are given full support to do this -FREE COFFEE! ...and not the sludge kind either - two beautiful, fancy coffee machines that will make anything from lattes to espressos -Great vacation policy with the office shutting down (with pay!) between Christmas and New Years -Knowing that your contributions and your input matter is AMAZING -Working with a slew of very bright, friendly, sociable, non-judgmental colleagues -Great group events to get everyone together and socialize (office recess, office Olympics, tailgate party to name a few) -Snacks to curb those late morning/afternoon cravings
