Abusing the fact that there isn’t much competition For talent with biomedical expertise and paying far less than they should. ResMed has lost some top talent who have shifted industry for much higher pay, and hence are left for average talent instead.

The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
