Nice people Good vacation time offered

Repetitive work. Lack of guidance and occasional micromanaging. Office tried to do lots of activities however it felt like an inconvenience if we participated as they were more concerned about hitting targets.

The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
