Sure, it sounds like a sales pitch, but it's the truth. I have been given many opportunities within the company and I appreciate working with a group of talented and caring individuals.

The flagship software is struggling to demonstrate clear ownership and it makes change more cumbersome than it should be. There is progress, but with the right combination of leadership at varying levels it could be catapulted forward much faster. Working with the EU restrictions is deflating - we all care about privacy and security, but this is next level stuff that seems to impede more than improve.
