- company preaches diversity advocating for hiring woman but the TA workforce is a team of caucasian women - Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives are meant to promote equal treatment and opportunities for people of all races, genders, and backgrounds. It goes against the principles of DEI to only provide support and benefits to a specific group of people, especially if it excludes individuals from other marginalized communities.

The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
