Management plays favoritism, is incompetent, and only looks out for the bottom line. Will fire people who have just gotten off of maternity/paternity, but keep contractors who have numerous performance complaints and are admittedly open about second jobs for an extra two years because they can't be bothered. A toxic company that pretends to be transparent and instead makes opposite decisions in secret.
