In the interest of full disclosure, I manage ResMed's corp comms, so I want to note that these are my opinions. I am not speaking for ResMed, but rather, solely speaking for myself based on my personal experience. Friendly culture, inclusive, walks the talk from an ethics and integrity perspective, a lot of very smart people. I've frequently and directly seen our senior executives make decisions (that are confidential) that made me feel very proud to work for ResMed. I feel lucky to be here, and feel genuine fondness for the people I have the privilege of working with and serving.

Values face time so tele-working or remote working not prevalent, and I think enabling a remote workforce can be an important differentiator in hiring.
