      * Laid off 500 people at the end of 2023 that were found "redundant" * Culture of lavish spending * Silos and redundant work - if you work on something, there is a good chance there is 1-2 other teams that work on about the same thing, while your manager says that it is ok don't worry about it * Leaders who in love with own voices and working on own retirement and job security, and don't appreciate any questions asked

Unfortunately, a company sometimes has to make business decisions that may impact employees, such as layoffs. Your advice on addressing redundancies is invaluable.
