This company has been the first company I have worked for where they actually care about their employees, their families and want to see their employees succeed and learn more than what they started doing to open doors and even more opportunities for the people working for them. The owner is always ensuring everyone has the resources and tools they need to succeed.

It is a very fast-paced work environment that is constantly evolving. If you are looking for something slow paced this is not for you as we are always ready to try the next best thing or improve what we currently have, but most importantly we are constantly growing. I guess none of this is a con but if you do not like a fast paced environment it is not for you.

None, Not a single thing

The culture is so toxic it will melt you. they do Not care about their employees-period. No Morals or Ethics from Management, I truly feel sorry for the people that stay and work there. The disorganization and chaos in this company is By Far the worst I have ever seen. They throw you into a job, expect you to perform with no training or assistance. Expect you to do three or four other jobs on top of your other duties. Training is an absolute joke. Benefits- no 401k, insurance is sub par, PTO is a joke They throw people into positions that they have no idea what they are doing-not really their fault-they have no guidance, just expect them to know what should be done. Will cut your job at the drop of a dime. Disorganization is mindblowing, I have never seen anything like it. Good luck getting answers to your emails or calls It's a revolving door for employees, you never know who is going to still be working the next day, or what position they have moved people to, absolutely chaos. If you are a company looking to use them-look elsewhere. Constant, and I mean constant change-and most times not for the betterment of staff of the company. Leadership is a joke-They spew lies constantly-tell you what you want to hear-then stab you in the back and stomp on you. No life outside of work-they will beat you into the ground. Run, as fast as you can away from them-don't even think about working with them, I can't tell you enough how awful it is to work in this environment.
