Poor ethics in the company. Racial slurs being used in the company, discrimination and SA. Zero accountability and terrible leadership. CHRO knows nothing about employee relations and don’t bother reporting anything because nothing will be done. Turnover is EXTREMELY high within the company. please save yourself the heartache, it is not worth your mental health. If you are a person of color suggest a different employer. Resolve Marine will not protect you.
