No Direction - Recensione dipendente - Team Lead presso Resource Plus

Being hired into the company has been blind. I have been contacted by several people through emails and none of them have stated clearly what each person role in the company is. I am unsure who to communicate to, and it was never made clear as to when I would actually be working, a team plan, or any kind of well informed communication. I was also not made clear as to what hours I would be going in with a team. I showed up at 9:45am this morning expecting the other members of my company only to find out that this company does overnights and I was expected to be there at 945pm. I felt pretty stupid when the project manager called me to tell me otherwise.
