Favoritism in layoff decision. Lack of training so you must be ready to learn on your own. When you don't know an answer you get talked down to by management. You should know the answer with no direction. Must interview 30 people day answer phones, clients and other task. Was denied my yearly raise for no reason.Ideas of workload among peers is unequal

Using temp to perm staff in a small town, so quite a bit of "repeat performers" who have been dismissed by multiple clients. Very little "new candidates" to work with.
