I have worked here for almost 3 years now. I'm an event coordinator and honestly love my position. Most of the people that work at Response are friendly, motivated, and hardworking. One thing I'd like to say is my manager is absolutely amazing!! She is always caring and understanding. She's available to talk to about things even not work related and is always trying to help in anyway she can. She manages more than one team and is still always open to talk to. She also will jump on the phones if other employees call out sick, which is something most managers wouldn't do. She puts herself in our shoes and makes sure we're all taken care of. There are some people that work here that would say different, but the thing is, is as long as you're doing your job, and are on task you have nothing to worry about (like any job). One thing I really like is I am NOT micromanaged and neither are the people around me because we're on task and are able to "do what we want" to an extent obviously. I like the fact that I have enough to do to keep me busy throughout the day, and if I need more to do I'm able to ask my manager for additional projects. This is a great place to work! Like any workplace, there are going to be days that aren't as good as others, but knowing I have a great team and manager to work with makes it easy to come in to work. I have never felt like I was being picked on, probably because I'm on task 95% of the time. One thing I really want to say is, people that post bad reviews need to check themselves and see what they are doing wrong. If a manager is on you about things, it's because it's important for the company and it's obviously because you're NOT doing your job. Management is great here and I recommend this company completely.
