I've been with the company for nearly 18 months and during that time I've seen a title increase based on performance and have been funded to do a qualification as part of my professional development. I've also been given funding to encourage activities outside of work as one of the company benefits. I'm currently utilising the employee assistance program for my wellbeing following some family issues. The company have a decent set of employment policies in line with many private sector roles so not really a con, it would be lovely though if sick leave etc. mirrored our DWP partners but that would be an ambitious ask!
