I love the team, everyone is very technically savvy we all got along. The perks from the company are great and I love the wonderful customers and partners that I have a chance to meet. I came from a large company where there can be challenges in implementing change and keeping up with technological advances. However here I find that it is very little to no red tape, ideas are heard ( and whiteboarded) implemented and tested. Everyone has the opportunity to provide value when they have the opportunity and the founders always welcome the shared insights - it's a great organization to work at. The monthly masseuse is a bonus, we order groceries and get organic food delivered. Every other week we get lunch ordered in. Key staff must meet deadline driven and personal goals to grow and move up. If you are not up on your technical proficiencies you might not make it past a certain point. Benefits would be nice - but I like all the perks. If you dont have a " Can Do" attitude this place is not for you.
