Retail Apparel Group is very experienced and established and doing very well, the culture is overall good and I believe they are open to making positive changes now, it attracts good people. They do not encourage working long hours.

There is a lack of flexibility in relation to working from home which can feel very old school and as if there is a lack of trust in people, they also aren't progressive in terms of supporting those with families.
