Helpful and friendly co-workers, opportunities to learn and advance, warm environment, fun job. I personally cannot see a way I might have managed to get a better job. Though there is often a steep learning curve as you build your repertoire of accounts that you personally provide support for, you're never left to flounder. If you need help, anyone around you is always willing to provide assistance. If they don't know the answer, then they can always direct you to someone who will. Good structure, employees are kept in the loop about new developments with accounts. Management is close at hand should you need them. Everyone is on good terms or even friends with everyone. Overall, it's a warm and relaxed work environment. Stressed? Tense? Feeling any pressure? I guarantee that someone will have a joke or three that will get you laughing and relaxed in no time.

Leadership really cares about the employees. They are always looking for ways to make our jobs easier. They also care about us as human beings. The office has a pretty relaxed atmosphere. Leadership is very involved in the day-to-day. They are all willing to roll up their sleeves and jump in when needed.

Since this is a small business, we have limited man power. Sometimes it gets very busy.

Lots of hours and great coworkers. Helped a lot of great printer technicians. Good pay

Lack of organization and extremely understaffed. Very poor work life balance. Management was very disorganized. Workload kept increasing but staffing did not. Was lied to and suddenly laid off with no warning.
