1) There is always something new to learn with the multiple accounts managed by the company. 2) Everyone at the company is great to work with, and are genuinely nice people. 3) When you have a problem or an issue you can't resolve on your own there is always a Lead or an SME to give you a hand, so you are never left on your own when you are stuck. 4) The atmosphere is fairly laid back, and dress code casual unless clients are visiting. 5) The wiki system allows for easy look up for most issues, and helps you learn the accounts. 6) The training is fairly thorough, and even though it can be intimidating when you first start, you will pick things up quickly. 7) If you put in effort, you can and will advance. 8) Paid holidays, floating holidays, decent amount of vacation and paid sick leave, extra day off for every quarter without a call off. In all honesty the one negative review listed here is full of it, and pretty obviously from someone rather disgruntled, it's the reason I submitted an honest review. Everyone gets along rather well, there is no favoritism or anyone being excluded. It really isn't a bad place to work.

1) The pay is good, but not great, it is by no means terrible or anything, but a little more would be nice. Really the only down side if you can call it such.
